“Girl Mother”
There is a girl at the blooming of her age working in the public catering station of Chollima District, Nampho City at the western coast of Korea, who has taken care of seven orphans. Her name is Jang Jong Hwa, 20 years old at the time
A few years ago, she happened to go to the steel shop in Chollima Steel Complex for a labour assistance and saw there children playing. The children (three sisters) were orphans. Their father, a worker in the steel shop, had died of disease and even their mother who had been working with the same workshop died at the post of duty. Thinking of the co-workers gone ahead the workers brought their children for them to take care.
Jong Hwa thought that she had to do something helpful for the workers so that they could devote themselves to the steel production, and something in the interests of the state by taking the children in her charge. Next month she brought home another 4 children. Among them was even a child of 2 years old.
To determine to bring up seven orphans one has to have a big heart. Much more is it the case with a girl of 18 who just left school.
She was nominated to the 2nd national meeting of young models of good virtue held in 2015. Before the photographing with the participants of the meeting, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un met distinguished models among them, where he said praising her good deed: The phrase “girl mother” can only be made in our country. Those in other countries would be unable to conceive such a beautiful deed.
