A national seminar on the theme of “Comrade Kim Jong Il’s Career and Exploits” was held in Mexico on February 11 on the occasion of the Day of the Shining Star.

Present there were personages of political parties and social organizations, members of Juche idea study organizations and other people in Mexico.

The director-general of the International Institute of the Juche idea and chairman of the Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, made a keynote speech at the seminar.

Then followed speeches.

The secretary general of the Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism who is secretary general of the Latin American Institute of the Juche Idea, and other speakers praised Kim Jong Il’s undying Party-building and Songun leadership exploits and his gigantic achievements for the socialist cause and the cause of independence against imperialism.

They also lauded the noble life of the Chairman who believed in the people as in Heaven and made ceaseless journey of devotion for the prosperity of the country and happiness of the people till the last moments of his life.

They said that the DPRK under the wise guidance of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un is registering dazzling successes in strengthening the self-reliant defense capabilities, economic construction and the improvement of people’s livelihood.
