In November a few years ago the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un made a round of the newly-reconstructed Mangyongdae Schoolchildren’s Palace.

At that time he said we should spare nothing for the children and defend their bright laughter.

In his letter to the delegates attending the Ninth Congress of the Korean Children’s Union held at the end of December 2022 he said that the top-priority policy of our Party and state is always one for the younger generation, and it will be an invariable principle of the Workers’ Party of Korea(WPK) and an eternal policy of our state.

And then the following day after closing the Sixth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the WPK which was on January 1, 2023, the New Year’s day, he had photo session with the delegates of the Korean Children’s Union before everything and relieving his fatigue in front of the Mangyongdae Schoolchildren’s Palace.
