It was on the early morning of June 20, 1964, a day after Chairman Kim Jong Il’s start of work at the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

The Chairman, after working in his office all night, talked with the officials walking in the garden.

Noting that he recovers from his fatigue breathing fresh air of the early morning, he said the air of the dawn will always be breathed by the revolutionaries earlier than the others.

And he recalled his grandfather Kim Hyong Jik and his father President Kim Il Sung who opened up the untrodden road of revolution with morning dews to win back the country from the Japanese imperialists.

He went on to say that the Party Central Committee is the General Staff of our revolution, we are career revolutionaries working at it, we should work hard to perform our revolutionary duty cherishing the pride and honor of being revolutionary soldiers of the leader, officials should tread on the morning dews and breathe the air of dawn earlier than the others so as to always walk following one road of loyalty.
