Han Song Gwon at Chongsan Farm in Kangso District, Nampho, is now being respected as a treasure to the farm. It was not only because he had worked hard for more than 30 years from his twenties when he returned to his native place after discharge from military service, but also because he invented and introduced many efficient farm machines including rice-seedling transplanter and seeding machines of various types in a short span of time so as to make great contributions to the mechanization of farm work.

He often sat up all night working to make efficient farm machines.

He was awarded the title of Merited Technician for devoted service for the agricultural mechanization of the Party.

He still works hard devoting all his knowledge and energy to the manufacturing of new farm machines.
