There is a man respected by all in the Transmission Line Laying Station. He is Ri Tong Guk shown in this picture.His whole life is associated with the transmission line stretching out to different parts of the country like blood vessels.
In the 1980s he started his first step to social life at this station. He always took the lead in doing everything.
One year when the urgent task arose he thought of an original method to finish the project ahead of schedule and bring a lot of profits to the country.
For over 40 years he set up pylons of eternal value for the sake of the Party and the motherland on high passes and rugged mountains, exposed to rain and snow.
He was awarded with a lot of orders and medals for his hidden feats.
