The UK Korean Friendship Association held a protest demonstration in front of the US embassy on July 25, 2023 as part of its anti-US weekend of solidarity with Korean people.

Participating were members of the UK Korean Friendship Association, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and Association for the Study of Songun Politics as well as the New Communist Party, the Internationalist Revolutionary Communist Party, Labour Party and members of progressive political parties and the general public.

The messages of support received from friendship and solidarity organizations of many countries, were read out prior to the demo and then KFA UK Chairman Dr. Dermot Hudson made a speech.

The picketers chanted the slogans such as “US out of Korea”, and “Korea is one.”
