One day in May 2012 the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un called at the Kyongsang Kindergarten.
He was much pleased to see peculiar newly-built kindergarten building. He looked round the playground and yard. Suddenly his eyes caught the floor of the playground.
He said that the front yard of the Kyongsang Kindergarten was paved with pitch, when children who were having a swing fell on the playground paved with pitch, they would get hurt
After a while he said that it is necessary to cover the playground of the Kyongsang Kindergarten with sand or lay out a green area so that the children might not get hurt.
