Staff members of the Cuban embassy to the DPRK visited Mangyongdae on August 30, the 63^rd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the DPRK and the Republic of Cuba.

Being briefed on the revolutionary career of President Kim Il Sung who embarked upon the road of revolution in his early years with the lofty intention to achieve independence by his own efforts and made great contributions to the accomplishment of cause of independence of the popular masses and the cause of socialism, the visitors looked round the historical relics preserved at his old home in Mangyongdae.

They had their photograph taken in commemoration of the visit to Mangyongdae and visited the revolutionary sites on Mangyong Hill.

After their visit, Boris Perez Abin, charge d’ affaires ad interim of the Cuban embassy, made an entry in the visitor’s book.
