There was a recoilless gun shooting contest at a sub-unit of the Korean People’s Army in the presence of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un in January 2015.

That day he guided the whole course of the contest.

At the end of the contest he called the service personnel who had an honor of top grade to congratulate them. He said, now you had an honor of top grade at the contest and the Supreme Commander awarded a certificate, medal and badge of master shot, you could go back to the unit proudly singing the “Song of Pride of Guards Units”.

And then he indicated the place for photographing to the cameraman preparing for photo session and said that it is of significance to take a photo in front of the recoilless gun.

Thanks to the warm care of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, the photo could remain as a significant one.

That was the greatest privilege, glory, happiness, pride and honor of the service personnel of the Korean People’s Army and it was also the worthy appreciation and the highest commendation that could not be changed with anything.
