Anti-U.S. Joint Struggle
Romanian and Swedish figures put statements and articles in Internet homepages on July 1 and 3 on the occasion of June 25-July 27 Months for Anti-U.S. Joint Struggle.
The chairman of the Supreme Council of the National Socialist Party of Romania and concurrently chairman of the Romanian National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea said in his statement:
In June 1950 the United States provoked a war of aggression against the young Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and put in huge forces.
However, it fell on its knees before the outstanding military tactics, strategy and tactics of President
Kim Il Sung and the strength of the invincible Korean people rallied close around their leader.
July 27, 1953, is registered as the great day of war victory in the history of the DPRK as the Korean people defeated the U.S. in the three year long hard-fought war on the day.
Nearly 70 years had passed since the ceasefire, but a durable peace has not yet been settled on the Korean peninsula.
A touch-and-go situation is prevailing there owing to the reckless military actions of the U.S. and its followers.
This clearly proves that the United States and the south Korean authorities following it are the ones who disturb peace on the Korean peninsula.
We bitterly denounce the U.S. and south Korean authorities’ military actions of aggression and strongly demand that the United States immediately pull out all its forces of aggression from south Korea.
Today the DPRK is demonstrating its might as an invincible military power with which no one can toy.
The Korean people will always win in the confrontation with the imperialists.
The chairman of the Sweden-DPRK Friendship Association in an article wrote that from June 25 to July 27 is an international solidarity months every year to bitterly denounce the war crimes of the U.S. imperialists and support the struggle of the Korean people.
Noting that the Korean war well known to the world didn’t break out in a moment, the chairman referred to the war provocation moves and wicked scheme of the U.S. imperialists. The U.S. imperialists suffered a huge loss and disastrous defeat in the war they provoked under a mature plan, he said.
