It happened over ten years ago when the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the Changjon Haemaji Restaurant whose inner last stage project was at its height.
When he started for the stairs to look around the second floor, he was much pleased to see the elevator which was installed for the convenience of the people though it was not with many floors.
He appreciated that it was good to install the elevator for the aged people, honored soldiers, disabled people and children.
He stressed that we should do everything on the principle of giving top and absolute priority to the convenience of the people and from the point of view of practical utility.
