Paying Deep Attention to Hygiene Promotion
In the New Year, too, the Red Cross volunteers across the country actively conducted the activities for hygiene promotion, well aware of the importance of the work in protecting the people’s health and lives.
With the assistance of the local health workers, they conducted hygiene promotion among the community in an effective way through the use of well-prepared communication materials and simple explanations.
RC volunteers constantly visited the communities and explained in detail the causes, symptoms and prevention of diseases easily communicable in the winter time so as to make the local people direct deep attention to their health.
