For Voluntary Compliance with Rules and Regulations
It comes as a prerequisite for prevention of all accidents to make all members of society voluntarily observe the rules and regulations.
The branches at all levels of the Red Cross Society of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea conducted the dissemination activities in various ways and methods to raise social awareness on the national laws, rules and regulations related to the prevention of accidents in close collaboration with stakeholders.
Having recognized that the prevention of such accidents as traffic accident and fire is very important to protect the precious lives of people as well as the assets of the country, the RC volunteers and the local people are actively engaged in the efforts to this end.
