New School Year for 2025 Begins in DPRK
In the morning of the meaningful school-opening day happy children all across the country headed for their schools, dressed in new school uniforms and new shoes and with Sonamu (Pine Tree) brand satchels.
Under the warm care of the great father, children in primary and middle schools for orphans and in schools on remote islands were provided with Haebaragi (Sunflower)school things on the occasion of the new school year.
Brand new schools built in the flood-affected areas last year such as Hadan Senior Middle School No. 1 in Sinuiju City and Kwangmyong Senior Middle School in Songgan County brimmed over with the sense of gratitude emanating from a number of parents who gathered together with their happy children.
Officials of the Party and government organs and other relevant institutions, teaching staff and schoolchildren presented bouquets to new students entering the campuses and congratulated them.
