Active Engagement in the Spring Hygienic Campaign
March and April are the months for the spring hygienic campaign in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK).
During the campaign, mass movement to improve the environment in a cultural and hygienic way is undertaken along with the work to fully remove the winter traces.
RC volunteers across the country together with community people are actively engaged in the work to improve the cultural and hygienic conditions of the streets, villages and work places with clear understanding of the importance of the campaign.
They have turned out in the work to repair fences, paint the exteriors of the buildings, maintain roads and plant trees, flowers and land-creeping plants of good species.
