Voluntary Activities of Red Cross Youth Members
The youth members of the Red Cross Society of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK RCS) have recently conducted voluntary services.
Despite their young age, they are taking active part in several activities to make their villages and communities safe and resilient. Particularly, the activities they conducted to raise public awareness about public health and crisis response received public approval for their high-level artistic talent and effectiveness.
The members foster patriotism through planting and growing good species of trees and land-creeping plants in their villages and regions.
They also renew their determination to do good deeds for the collective and society.
The members are also mastering First Aid (FA), teaching and learning from each other the knowledge of lifesaving FA techniques.
