Bouquets of Honour
Any success achieved within the scope of the International Movement of Red Cross and Red Crescent cannot be thought of apart from the devoted RC volunteers.
The volunteers of the Red Cross Society of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea took active part in various activities organized by the authorities like disaster management, land and environmental protection, etc. while conducting awareness-raising activities on hygiene practices and first-aid activities targeting community population all the year round.
County-level RC branches held impressive review meetings on the activities of the RC volunteers, where exemplary volunteers were presented with bouquets of honour as a token of the appreciation of their devoted efforts.
