The DPRK RCS had review of its 2022 work and discussion of 2023 Plan
In January 2023, the Red Cross Society of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK RCS) organized a meeting to review its work of the year 2022 and discuss the plan for the year 2023.Present the meeting were the vice executive chairman of the Central Committee of the DPRK RCS, Secretary General and the officials from each department.
They reviewed the valuable experiences and lessons learnt from the anti-epidemic response and the natural disaster mitigation activities in eventful 2022, and reached to the consensus of views to direct their efforts to building its own capacity for the sustainable development of the National Society, including emergency response capacity.At the meeting, they discussed the ways to vigorously push ahead with different programmes based on its 2030 Long-term Plan and drew up its 2023 Plan.
