Never leave things to chance

Today the disastrous atmospheric phenomenons are growing evermore serious. Current situation is inspiring all people to renewed efforts. It is important to guard against the attitude of leaving things to chance.
Absentmindedness attributable to the low frequency of natural calamities in the previous years may lead to a serious trouble.
We should always bear in mind that the disastrous atmospheric phenomenons and its consequences may be impossibly cataspheric.
Taking into account the previous lessons, all the Red Cross branches and volunteers are taking thorough advance preparations in the light of possibly forthcoming El Niño-driven severe heat and torrential rain.
Under the unified guidance of the local governments at all levels, the Red Cross branches put their Provincial Disaster Response Team (PDRT) on high alert and raise all matters of concern to the National Disaster Response Team (NDRT) in Red Cross Headquarters.
All Red Cross trained volunteers are also being required to be in full preparedness, and emergency equipment and tools are undergoing strict technical checkup.
