Dwelling houses for 10 000 households were built in Songsin and Songhwa areas in the capital city of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea in accordance with the plan to build dwelling houses for 50 000 households in Pyongyang, which was made at the 8^th Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea(WPK).

Songhwa Street which was brought to completion on April 11 is the home of the people built according to the cherished desire of the WPK to provide the people with more stable and highly civilized living conditions and successfully solve the housing problem of the citizens and the first entity of a shocking event in 2022.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un presented a grand plan to build modern dwelling houses for 10 000 households in Pyongyang every year. He took practical and innovative steps for the building of dwelling houses for 10 000 households in Songsin and Songhwa areas and gave instructions concerning more than 1 200 items of a miniature of Songhwa Street.
